Originally from Vietnam, Anh moved to the UK to study in Bristol but fell in love with the royal borough of Windsor. An avid royalist, she was drawn to the town and decided to establish her business there.
Anh, who has a strong passion for food and beverages, has spent the past decade working in the UK’s hospitality industry. She has traveled the world tasting bubble tea and has created her own unique recipes that set her offerings apart from others in the UK.
Paeonia has quickly gained popularity, with queues out the door on launch day and regular customers visiting daily. Anh’s commitment to quality is evident in her use of a Teapresso Machine imported from Taiwan, ensuring that every bubble tea is made to order for the best flavor and freshness.
The menu at Paeonia features a variety of bubble tea flavors, with options for customization including ice level, sweetness, and toppings. The shop also offers limited-edition flavors and seasonal specials, with plant-based milk options and vegan-friendly toppings available.
