Legendary golfer Tiger Woods and musician Justin Timberlake are teaming up for an exciting new project in Florida – a wellness-focused residential community called “The Wellington.” This 600-acre community in the Village of Wellington will not only feature hotels, shops, restaurants, and an 18-hole golf course, but also an expansion of the Wellington International Equestrian Showgrounds to honor the area’s equestrian roots.
The project, spearheaded by entrepreneur Mark Bellissimo and NEXUS Luxury Collection, is a nine-figure investment that aims to solidify Wellington as the world’s premier equestrian lifestyle destination. Residents will have the option to choose grounds ranging from a quarter acre to five acres for single-family homes or condos, with a variety of amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a sports facility, and a 16-acre park with yoga gardens.
NEXUS Luxury Collection, known for their luxury resort community Albany in the Bahamas, is excited to bring their expertise to this new venture. Wellington, Florida, located west of West Palm Beach, has a population estimate of 61,448 as of July 2021, according to the U.S. Census.
Both Woods and Timberlake have strong ties to Florida, with Woods owning a $40 million property on Jupiter Island and Timberlake purchasing a home in Orlando during his *NSYNC days. The duo’s involvement in “The Wellington” adds a touch of star power to this innovative residential community that promises to redefine luxury living in Florida.
